“The role of young people in governance is crucial for shaping a progressive, inclusive, and sustainable future of this Country, Zambia,” Chisha said. “As the saying goes, ‘nothing for us, without us,’ we appeal to the government to prioritize the need for the inclusion of young people in critical positions of governance.”

Chisha also urged young Zambians to prepare themselves for governance roles and responsibilities, encouraging them to take an active interest in governance and position themselves for leadership roles.

In a statement after featuring on ZNBC TV2’s program dubbed ‘The Link’, Chisha emphasized, “The effective participation of young people in governance is imperative for harnessing their creativity, energy, and idealism to drive positive change and sustainable development in Zambia.”
