Msanzala Constituency – Aspiring Member of Parliament, Titus Lungu, has vowed to improve the lives of youths in Msanzala Constituency through empowerment programs, skill-building initiatives, and recreational activities. According to Lungu, the current state of idleness among youths is a pressing concern that requires urgent attention.

In an interview, Lungu lamented that many youths in Msanzala are idle, with nothing productive to keep them busy, leading to desperation and unproductive behavior.
“The majority of youths in Msanzala are idle, with nothing meaningful to do, and this has resulted in a sense of desperation, with many turning to unproductive activities due to lack of alternatives,” Lungu said.

To address this challenge, Lungu’s agenda focuses on education, skills training, and empowerment. By providing empowerment programs, skill-building initiatives, and recreational activities, Lungu believes that youths can be engaged and provided with a sense of purpose, promoting positive contributions to society.
Lungu’s vision for Msanzala Constituency prioritizes youth development and community growth. His aspiration to become the area’s Member of Parliament is driven by a desire to bring about positive change and development to the constituency.

To this end, Lungu is set to launch a comprehensive empowerment initiative, aimed at fostering economic self-sufficiency and promoting sustainable livelihoods among over 1,000 residents across all wards in Msanzala Constituency. The program will distribute sewing machines, salon equipment, and barber shop equipment to empower beneficiaries to establish or expand their businesses.

“We are committed to empowering our residents with the necessary skills and resources to improve their socio-economic status. Our goal is to create a sustainable impact that will continue to benefit the community for generations to come,” Lungu said. “We believe that the programs will create a sustainable impact that will promote economic growth, reduce poverty, and improve the overall quality of life for the people in Msanzala.”
