Zambia’s bodybuilding sensation, William “Machine” Sichone, is intensifying his training regimen as he prepares to defend his title in the upcoming Fitness Physiques Africa tournament. With the competition just around the corner, Sichone is leaving no stone unturned in his quest for victory.
