ASPIRING MP TITUS LUNGU DONATES TO ANGLICAN CHURCH, EMPOWERS YOUTHS AND WOMEN IN MSANZALA CONSTITUENCY

Msanzala Constituency’s aspiring Member of Parliament, Mr. Titus Lungu, has donated assorted items to the Anglican Church in Nyakachonkho, Chingolo Ward. The donated items include 10 pockets of cement, 90 chitenge materials for the women’s church choir, a Bluetooth portable speaker with a microphone, and K1,000 in cash.

The church members, led by Reverend Zhiphania Banda, appreciated Mr. Lungu’s generosity, noting it as a rare gesture of goodwill from a leader.

Reverend Banda praised Mr. Lungu’s initiative, saying, “Mr. Lungu’s donation is a testament to his commitment to the community’s well-being. We are grateful for his kindness and hope that his example will inspire others to follow suit.”



In a separate initiative, Mr. Lungu empowered local youths and women in Chingolo Ward with economic opportunities by donating barbing machines and hair dryers (blowers) to support entrepreneurship and improve financial stability. The beneficiaries thanked Mr. Lungu for his kindness and pledged their support in the 2026 elections.



Mr. Lungu emphasized the importance of empowering the community through economic opportunities, stating, “By providing these resources, we can create jobs, foster self-sufficiency, and build a brighter future for Msanzala Constituency. I promise to continue empowering the community and supporting initiatives that promote economic growth and development.”



The beneficiaries appreciated Mr. Lungu’s efforts, and Reverend Banda encouraged him to maintain his community-focused approach. Mr. Lungu’s initiatives demonstrate his commitment to the community’s well-being and his vision for a prosperous Msanzala Constituency.
