In a groundbreaking initiative aimed at shaping the future of Zambia’s youth, Munobe Accountant Charity Fund Limited (MACF LTD), a trailblazing philanthropic organization, has partnered with St. Francis Healthcare, a renowned Catholic mission-based NGO, to host a career guidance seminar for Grade 12 students and school leavers.
The seminar, which took place on January 24, 2025, at a local venue, brought together over 100 students and featured MACF LTD Chairman, Mr. Anxious Chileshe, as the keynote speaker. Mr. Chileshe, a seasoned accountant and philanthropist, shared his insights on the importance of education and career development, emphasizing the need for young people to make informed decisions about their future.
“Education and knowledge are powerful agents of transformation,” Mr. Chileshe said. “By equipping individuals with the right skills and mindset, we can empower them to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.”
The partnership between MACF LTD and St. Francis Healthcare marks a significant milestone in the organization’s efforts to promote education and career development among young people. “We are committed to supporting disadvantaged social groups nationwide, including the less fortunate, vulnerable communities, orphanages, elderly homes, prisons, hospitals, and those with mental and physical challenges,” Mr. Chileshe said.

“We are working to establish provincial and district committees across all provinces where our members are located,” he revealed. “This will help bring MACF closer to communities and enable us to develop targeted initiatives.”
