Msanzala Constituency aspiring candidate Titus Lungu has pledged to collaborate with the Church in driving development in Msanzala once elected as Area Member of Parliament.

Attending Mass yesterday, Sunday, at Nyamphande Catholic Church Out-station Parish, Mr. Lungu highlighted the Church’s crucial role in national development, emphasizing that politicians and the Church serve the same people and must work together.

“As a leader, I believe in empowering communities and supporting initiatives that bring people together,” Lungu said, adding, “My goal is to ensure that every corner of Msanzala Constituency receives the attention and support it deserves.”

During the same service, Mr. Lungu stressed the importance of community development and unity, advocating for collective efforts to build a brighter future.
He donated 10 pockets of cement, five 20-liter buckets of paint for church renovations, and 45 pieces of chitenge material for the St. Charles Lwanga Church Choir’s uniforms.

Mr. Lungu assured the congregation he would engage with all churches, seeking guidance and prayers to ensure comprehensive development across Msanzala Constituency.
“We must work together to address the unique challenges our community faces,” Lungu emphasized, “This donation is a small step toward my broader commitment to the community’s growth.”

He was warmly received by Father Juveria Phiri, Priest of Nyamphande Catholic Church out-station.
