LUSAKA, Zambia – William “Machine” Sichone, the two-time Fitness Physiques Africa Tournament Champion, is gearing up for the Alex Classic in Zimbabwe, and he’s doing so with confidence and determination.
In a recent interview, Sichone expressed his gratitude to his loyal fans, who he credits for fueling his journey to the top. When asked about the recent outcome at the Zed Nationals, Sichone said, beaming with pride, “I did my level best. I put every tool to work, and I came out second. The journey continues from here because I’m unstoppable!”
Sichone’s next challenge is the Alex Classic, where he will be competing against some of the best in the business. “I’m flexing my muscles, and I’m ready to take on the best,” he said, sporting his signature Flexatron pose.
Sichone singled out several individuals who have played a significant role in his success, including King Sage Nyirongo, Muhammed Hussein Salim, and Cathy Martin, aka Madam Kasongo.
“King Sage Nyirongo, thanks for pushing the agenda,” Sichone said. “Mentally, physically, financially – consider it a win because I believe we are the winning team. I’ve believed it since day one.”
Sichone also thanked Muhammed Hussein Salim, saying, “Thanks for the push with a pure intention of wanting the machine to be on top of the game. No one does it like Hussein.”
And to Cathy Martin, aka Madam Kasongo, the organiser of the Fitness Physiques Africa Tournaments and a sponsor at the Zed Nationals for three consecutive years, Sichone said, “You have opened and created opportunities for the Machine, providing platforms that have brought about numerous opportunities. That’s why they call you Boss Lady. Thank you so much.”
Coached by Munashe Michael FitPro, Sichone is determined to make his mark at the Alex Classic. His fans, who have been instrumental in his journey, can expect more from the Machine, who promises to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence.
As he heads to Zimbabwe, Sichone’s message to his supporters is clear: “We’re just getting started. The journey continues, and I’m unstoppable!” He promises an electrifying performance, with fans expecting a display of sheer athleticism, razor-sharp conditioning, and a physique that’s been honed to perfection.
“Expect a showstopper,” Sichone warns, “as I unleash the Machine on the Alex Classic stage, leaving it all out there and making Zambia proud!”
