The Zambia Institute of Estate (ZIEA) held its graduation ceremony today, August 8, 2025, at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Convention Center in Lusaka. The ZIEA Graduation ceremony 2025, themed “Pioneering The Future Of Real Estate,” brought together proud graduates, esteemed guests, and industry professionals.
Among the proud graduates was Pst. Victor Nyirongo, CEO and proprietor of Nkhalo Real Estates, situated in the 10 miles area. Nyirongo expressed his pride and gratitude, saying, “I’m beyond proud to be one of the first Zambians to graduate with ZIEA! I’ve worked hard to earn my certifications in various fields, including Real Estate Ethics, Land Law, Marketing, Property Management, Leasing, Valuation, Property Development, and Real Estate Finance Agency Operations.”
The graduation ceremony marked a significant milestone for the graduates, who have equipped themselves with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in Zambia’s real estate industry. Nyirongo added, “Huge thanks to ZIEA for providing this opportunity! To my fellow graduates, let’s make our mark!”
