Lusaka, Zambia — William ‘Machine’ Sichone, the reigning Fitness Physiques Africa champion, has returned to Lusaka following a five-day vacation in Livingston, courtesy of City Gamers And Electronics World and its CEO, Sage Nyirongo.
The two-time champion in Zimbabwe and second runner-up in Zambia traded the hustle and bustle of gym life for the serene beauty of Livingston, where he was accompanied by his supportive wife, Ruth. The couple indulged in a lion walk, marveled at the majestic Victoria Falls, and explored the region’s rich heritage sites.
Sichone’s vacation was a much-needed respite, allowing him to recharge and refocus. “It was an incredible opportunity to explore the beauty of Livingston with my wife,” he said. “We enjoyed a lion walk, visited the Victoria Falls, and toured other heritage sites. The experience was truly refreshing.”
Upon his return to Lusaka, Sichone was spotted at a popular local joint with his wife Ruth, mingling with friends and fitness enthusiasts, including Zambia’s Africa’s Strongman, Inspector Gift Habeenzu, who recently made a notable debut on the world stage, securing 13th position at the World Championship in Texas, USA. The atmosphere was electric, with the fitness stars sharing stories of their respective achievements and reliving memories.
“The vibe was incredible,” Sichone said, beaming with pride. “Meeting people and friends who are like family is always a blessing. It’s about the connections, the energy, and the love we share.”
