LUSAKA, Zambia — Posh Media Ltd has been recognised for its contribution to innovation and digital transformation in Zambia’s business sector after receiving the Innovation and Digital Transformation Award at the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI) High-Level Business Dinner & Awards Ceremony held on Friday, 11 September 2026.
The award was received by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Suzyo Kilembe, during the ceremony, which recognises businesses for their contributions to the country’s economic and commercial development.
The recognition comes as technology continues to reshape how businesses communicate, promote their products and services, and deliver professional solutions to clients.
Posh Media operates across four service areas: events and conferences, advertising, videography, and printing and branding. Its services include conference production, hybrid event technology, mobile digital advertising, video production, live streaming, and commercial printing.
Through these operations, the company serves corporate organisations, government institutions and international development partners, providing technical and communication services for conferences, campaigns and other business activities.
Its reported engagements include work involving the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the European Union, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the International Trade Centre and other regional and international institutions.
One of its notable assignments was serving as Professional Conference Organiser for the 2018 World Export Development Forum, which brought together approximately 1,400 delegates from 90 countries at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka.
The ZACCI award adds to the company’s existing record of work in Zambia’s events, media and communications industry.

CEO Calls for Greater Support for Zambian SMEs
During the awards dinner, Mr. Kilembe also encouraged members of the business community to participate in the inaugural Enterprise & Investment Indaba 2026, an initiative aimed at supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The proposed platform seeks to connect businesses with digital innovation, financing opportunities, investment and wider markets.
His message highlighted the importance of creating an enabling environment in which local enterprises can access the tools, resources and networks needed to grow and compete.
SMEs remain an important part of Zambia’s private sector, making access to finance, technology and markets key considerations in efforts to strengthen entrepreneurship and economic participation.
Digital Transformation in Zambia’s Business Sector

The recognition of Posh Media comes amid growing demand for digital solutions across industries, including event management, advertising, media production and corporate communications.
Businesses are increasingly adopting digital platforms and technologies to reach audiences, improve service delivery and remain competitive in a changing commercial environment.
For companies operating in these sectors, investment in modern equipment, technical expertise and new service delivery methods has become an important part of meeting client expectations.
The ZACCI recognition places Posh Media among the businesses receiving attention for their work in this area, while the broader challenge remains ensuring that innovation translates into practical value for businesses and the economy.
